Branding Policy

Legal
JobScore is the owner of the JobScore trademark and the *[JS] Logo (as well as other trademarks, collectively our “Brand”), and protecting our intellectual property is important to us. A list of our trademarks can be found here. Since JobScore is the owner of the Brand, please do not file any applications with any intellectual property office for any marks that incorporate the Brand.
Our Brand may only be used as outlined in these guidelines or with express written permission from an authorized representative of JobScore. We may request that you stop the use of our Brand if we believe, in our sole discretion, that your use of our Brand violates our Branding Guidelines, Employer Agreement, Jobseeker Agreement, Terms of Service, or Privacy Policy, hereafter collectively referred to as “JobScore Brand and User Agreements.”
Your use must also be consistent with applicable law and align with JobScore’s values (which include, but are not limited to, not using the Brand in a misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, libelous, disparaging, obscene, or otherwise objectionable manner). Failure to follow these guidelines could result in the suspension or termination of your JobScore account and other actions by JobScore. We may modify these guidelines at any time, and your continued use of the brand features will constitute your consent to such modifications.
Overall, you should ensure that you do not use our Brand in a manner that might create the impression that your use is sponsored by JobScore. Please ensure compliance with these guidelines, make clear that your use is separate from the JobScore Brand, and ensure that you do not copy or imitate the JobScore platform’s overall look and feel. Any logos or images found elsewhere on the web are not approved for use. Please help us protect our Brand, and present your work in the most appropriate way, by following these guidelines and only using approved Brand assets from this site.
Screenshots
You may use a standard JobScore screenshot (an image of our homepage or product pages) in either print (book, magazine, journal, newspaper) or digital (web page, DVD, CD) formats for an instructive, educational, or illustrative purpose. You may not superimpose graphics, photos, or ad copy on the screenshot or otherwise change the look of the screen-captured image.
You may not use a screenshot of JobScore’s candidate pages or job pages, nor may you use a screenshot which discloses an image or personal information about individual JobScore users or candidates unless: (i) the screenshot includes only your personally identifiable information; (ii) all images and/or personal information of individual JobScore users or candidates is obfuscated and such user(s) or candidate(s) cannot be identified; or (iii) you have obtained written permission from all identified users or candidates to have their personally identifiable information displayed on the screenshot and to use such screenshot in the manner you intend. The treatment of personal information of JobScore users and candidates is covered by JobScore’s Privacy Policy.
Use requirements and terms
All permitted uses of the JobScore Marks must conform to the following guidelines:
Logo Display:
The JobScore logo must stand alone. You must maintain a minimum amount of space between the JobScore logo and other graphic or textual elements. To preserve the integrity and clarity of the logo, a standard area of “clear space” should be maintained around the logo in all uses.
Required clear space for the JobScore logo:
The minimum clear space is defined as “2x” where “x” is measured by the width of the type stroke of the letter “S” in the logo.
Logo and Background Color:
The JobScore logo should always be used in color for online use. The JobScore logo should also be used in color for print applications unless the color version is not practical, in which case the logo can be reproduced in black and gray
