After installing our google marketplace app, account administrators can now bulk import users and choose who to invite. This eliminates lots of nasty data entry and makes it easier to roll out JobScore.
Updated the add user screen so you can choose on a user-by-user basis who can access the system immediately and who you want to invite later. This makes it much easier to set up your account because you can add all of your users instead of having to use the page over and over again.
OFCCP: Employers that need to be OFCCP compliant can insert a form with updated language into the job application process for all jobs based in the United States. FETO: Employers may insert a form that requests FETO information for jobs based in the UK. Reports: New compliance reports were added for OFCCP, VEVRAA and FETO.
Push Notifications: Our calendar integrations are now powered by push notifications. This improves the speed and performance of the two-way synchronization between your calendaring system and JobScore.
Out of sync notification emails: When someone edits, declines or deletes a calendar event created by JobScore the user who created the corresponding task in JobScore is sent an email notifying them that the interview panel is “broken.” This makes it much easier to keep things fall through the cracks and reschedule interviews.
