We’ve added a series of checks to make sure that search firms are doing what you want them to including: Resumes they submit are unique (not already in your account) That the candidate’s phone number/ email are included in all submissions That you’ve given them permission to submit the candidate for the specific job
Two columns were added to the Job Manager: Hiring Manager and Recruiter. These fields were also added to the .csv download for the Job Manager. These columns make it easier for recruiting leaders and executives to know who is responsible for which requisition when navigating through JobScore or reviewing reports.

Updated the text included in error messages sent to search firms. The updated messages make it easier for search firms to understand why submission was not processed and gives them clear instructions on how to try again and succeed.
Columns that show the days open, hiring manager and recruiters for each job were added to the “open full report” view of the Pipeline and Activity reports. These columns make it easier for executives and recruiting leaders to more easily sort through and drill down into the information they need when reviewing overall recruiting activity.
