Careers Site 2.0 – Beta

We've overhauled our Job Seeker facing experience to be faster, easier to use and look better.  Changes include:

  • Modernized the look-and-feel from top to bottom
  • Mobile-optimized so job seekers can complete their applications from smartphones
  • Merged the three-step application process into a single page application
  • New integrated job sharing page to drive referrals

Over the next month we'll be gradually moving all of you to your new careers site.  A notification will show up on your homepage when that happens.  If you'd like to move sooner, please email support@jobscore.com.   If you want to play around with the new stuff now, feel free to check it out on JobScore's own careers page >>

After the beta is complete and everyone is moved to their new careers site we plan to make many of the enhancements you've requested, including:

  • Permit Job Seekers to register using LinkedIn, Facebook or Google – so they don't have to create a password
  • Customize the job application process per job, changing what is shown and whether it's required. This will allow you to create a shorter job application and/or make different attributes required (like cover letter)
  • Customize your job application with text, checkbox, multiple choice and file upload questions
  • Simplified, self-service interface to control the look and feel of your careers site
