Sugar Inc. is looking for an outstanding candidate to assist our AdOps team. Candidates should have an understanding of marketing and advertising, a robust ability to tell a story through data, and a strong desire to learn more about the digital world.
Analyze performance across channels (display, video, mobile)
Collaborate with team members to define metrics
Assist in preparing weekly forecasting reporting and month end reporting
Schedule campaign reservations from the sales team
Develop and monitor data quality and system status reports and dashboards; perform routine maintenance to keep systems and structures up to date.
Proactively identify problems and solutions with systems; consider timeliness, effectiveness, and practicality in addressing needs.
Create, update, and maintain corporate and ad hoc reports and data analytics as required.
1-2 years working in digital media
Self-motivated, highly-focused, detail-oriented as well as a team player with high energy levels and the desire to learn and progress within the company.
Proficient with Window environment, Office and strong in Excel
Experience with Excel (common functions, charts & graphs, filters, pivot tables) a plus
Experience with online ad‐serving platforms and formats highly valued (DoubleClick, Dart, Atlas, rich media, video, etc.)
Experience with Operative Dashboard or Operative One a plus
Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Marketing
Strong quantitative and research skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities
