Adcade is on the cutting edge of the display industry. The Adcade Client Services Team leads the company's engagement with technology partners, website publishers and large brand advertisers. To ensure high adoption and usage of our Rich Media product, the team builds strong client partnerships, develops and executes creative campaign strategies, supports complex technical issues, and works to constantly move the product forward.
You will be responsible for the timely development of custom rich media ads as dictated by our pipeline and client requests. You will work closely with campaign managers and clients to ensure that all features and functionalities incorporated into a unit are technically feasible and up to spec. You will also be asked to participate in the concept ideation and iteration processes, so you must be able to think quickly and creatively while also communicating effectively in a group setting. You will always be held to the highest of standards and challenged everyday to produce top quality work.
As an Interactive Developer, you will also have opportunities to partner internally to ideate and develop new products/tools and create process efficiencies. You are expected to leverage your work experience to contribute big ideas toward the overall growth of Adcade's client and product strategy.
Own all aspects of campaign execution as it relates to development, including pre-sale consultation, creative guidance, campaign development, and live issue troubleshooting.
Work with internal Campaign Managers and external clients to create solutions that will not only maintain, but also expand and strengthen existing and prospective client relationships.
Develop and advise on internal and external best practices that will minimize issues, maximize user experience, and result in flawless, successful campaign launches and client partnerships, documenting process and best practices where necessary.
Act as first responder on campaign issues to troubleshoot and escalate when necessary.
Work alongside key internal departments to improve and communicate Adcade’s service offering and process.
Demonstrate an advanced level of understanding of our various product offerings and operational functions; position yourself as a resource and product champion to internal team members and external clients.
Expert-level Flash/Flex/Actionscript development skills.
Strong interest in entrepreneurship, mobile technology, and web standards.
A strong eye for user interaction experience and design.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills.
Track record of success working in fast-paced environments, effective time-management, meticulous attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
Highly motivated, self-starter with strong sense of collaboration, ownership, urgency, and drive.
Technical skills, experience troubleshooting rich media live issues preferred.
Experience working cross-functionally and communicating technical concepts to non-technical partners preferred.
Understanding of IAB advertising standards, including counting methodologies, standard size and ad formats, and spec requirements are a plus.
