Position Title: Front Office Team Lead

Department: Adult Outpatient

Report to: Department Manager

Position Summary:

The Front Office Team Lead often review the instructions or plans decided by managers and follow through with them. The Front Office Team Lead will ensure the facts and details are correct so that the project's/program's deliverable(s) will meet the needs of the organization, department, policies, standards, and best practices.

The Front Office Team Lead will monitor and supervise the processes to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization. The Front Office Team Lead will motivate and inspire their team by creating an environment that promotes positive communication, encourages bonding of team members and building relationships with networking departments.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Assist with developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
  • Delegating tasks to team members.
  • Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
  • Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
  • Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
  • Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Team Leader Requirements:

  • High school diploma or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
  • On-the-job training.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer literate.
