Assistant Salon Manager

FACE FOUNDRIÉ's Assistant Store Manager is responsible for leading their team of Estheticians and Front Bar Receptionist. The Assistant Store Manager creates an environment that exceeds standards of excellence in team development, guest experience and client retention. The Assistant Store Manager leads with a positive attitude and a trainer mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates a high level of customer service - has the "make it right" mentality

• Trains and mentors their team with clear goals and a positive attitude

• Performs all services on clients including facial brows and lashes

• Identifies opportunities for growth such as, hiring, scheduling, coaching and professional development

• Ensures service and product protocols are upheld

• Attends all required trainings

• Conducts reviews for all staff members

• Responsible for store's inventory

• Helps forecast sales, growth trajectories and expansion plans.

• Sets store goals and helps lead Salon Manager to hit financial goals: service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, retail revenue

• Responsible for running payroll

• Executes all store operations processes

• Leads local and national marketing efforts including social media, business collaborations, etc.

Experiences/Skills:

• Salon Management: Two year minimum experiences.

• Cosmetology / Esthetics License: Two year minimum experiences.

• Experience in dermaplaning, chemical peels, HydraFacial, brows and lashes

• strong attention for detail

• Strong training and coaching skills

Job Type: Full Time

Hourly + Commission + Gratuity

Availability: Evenings and weekends (Required)
