A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Workmate Community and Employee Relations Partner. The successful candidate will offer direct support to employees during challenging Slack interactions or conflicts, with the goal of maintaining a respectful culture with a sense of belonging and inclusivity, true to our VIBE principles. You’ll also assist with managing complex Employee Relations issues, including workplace investigations, other escalated ER matters, and ad hoc projects.. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in roles related to Employee Relations, HR, or Community Management. The company offers a great work environment.

Workmate Community and Employee Relations Partner Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $40/hr
  • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Pleasanton, CA 94588 - Hybrid)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 6 Month Assignment

Workmate Community and Employee Relations Partner Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and maintain positive, inclusive interactions within our Global Employee slack channels leveraging our policies.
  • Address concerns on Slack quickly and decisively while ensuring empathy and consistency.
  • Proactively monitor and guide productive employee conversations within the slack channels.
  • Identify when to escalate issues to minimize risks or introduce solutions.
  • Manage and analyze data regarding internal policies, to proactively monitor, evaluate, and signal any significant observations or patterns.
  • Identify, analyze and implement sound resolutions to complex Employee Relations issues and investigations.
  • De-escalate tense situations through coaching, feedback, and/or disciplinary actions as appropriate.
  • Conduct high-risk and/or sensitive confidential investigations related to employee issues and claims, partnering closely with others on the Employee Relations team.

Workmate Community and Employee Relations Partner Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in roles related to Employee Relations, HR, or Community Management.
  • Experience in applying HR policies.
  • Extensive experience managing complex employee relations issues, including workplace investigations.
  • Experience analyzing data and trends.
  • Extremely strong communication skills.
  • Excellent demonstrable knowledge of current employment law and best practices in Employee Relations policies, principles, and procedures.
  • Empathy and skill in addressing sensitive situations and topics.
  • Proven ability to assess and mitigate risk.
