A leading professional networking company is seeking a Learning Content Developer. The successful candidate will be developing learning assets for our sales audiences and senior leaders. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in developing sales enablement content & courses. The company offers a great work environment!

Learning Content Developer Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $40-$65/hr (Pay varies based on candidate's location and experience)
  • Worksite: Leading professional development and networking company (Remote, candidates must be located in the United States)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
  • 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment

Learning Content Developer Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Learning Experience Designer(s) and project teams, to update existing content & courses or build new learning materials.
  • Develop content for asynchronous learning (eLearning, job aids, videos, etc.).
  • Develop content for in-person or virtual events (decks, handouts, etc.).
  • Review materials with peers & project team members and incorporate feedback.
  • Manage asset production to produce deliverables and complete tasks on or ahead of schedule.

Learning Content Developer Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in developing sales enablement content & courses.
  • 4+ years of experience building e-learning assets in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
  • Degree with emphasis on Instructional Design.
  • Experience with multimedia or graphic design.
  • Experience working on a multi-cultural team.
  • Experience structuring lessons or courses to produce a behavioral outcome.
  • Portfolio or work samples with recent work showcasing the above points.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
