A leading enterprise software solutions company is seeking a Deal Analyst. The successful candidate will partner with Deal Operations as they support our Sales organization from a deal strategy and operational efficiency standpoint. The ideal candidate has prior Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales or Finance experience. The company offers a great work environment.

Deal Analyst Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $40/hr
  • Worksite: Leading enterprise software solutions company (Chicago, IL 60604 - Onsite)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 12 Month Assignment, Possibility of extension

Deal Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Assist Deal Operations with general administrative responsibilities including quoting and generating order forms.
  • Partner with Deal Operations as they support our Sales organization from a deal strategy and operational efficiency standpoint.
  • Responsible for ensuring accurate pricing, clean order forms and maintaining operational dashboards.
  • Support the Quote to Cash processs: create order forms, input SKUS, create agreements, generate quotes, do redlining.

Deal Analyst Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of deal desk experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce and a CPQ (Apptus a plus).
  • Team player: experience working across functions to deliver customer/prospect/client facing proposals.
  • Knowledge of the Quote to Cash lifecycle or strong desire to apply sales process experience.
  • General knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • An understanding of general software pricing models, knowledge of SaaS pricing and licensing models a definite plus.
  • Comfortable partnering and engaging with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible deal support for Sales.
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented.
