About the Job:
The Sales Executive Manager leads a team of five to fifteen quota carrying salespeople focused on mid-market (100 - 1000 employees) companies. You will motivate and support your team to hit team targets, and work with other managers to contribute to the strategic direction of the Sales group as a whole. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
• Meet team quota and ensure your team members hit their individual targets
• Mentor team members to develop sales skills and nurture general professional growth
• Train and integrate new hires into your team on a consistent basis
• Possess thorough knowledge of Wildfire software (internal and external), to assist your team in learning and selling
• Interface with other departments (Marketing, Client Services, Business Operations) for large-scale initiatives
• Interview and hire new employees, in partnership with the Recruiting Team
 
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years management experience with a sales team, with a proven track record of achieving team goals
• Experience with sales people with 1 - 5 years of experience
• Sales track record of selling software (preferably SAAS) to mid market (100 - 1000 employees) companies
• Coaching capabilities - familiarity with different approaches or levels of support for different types of learners
