About the Job:
The Sales Associate Manager leads a team of five to fifteen entry-level inside salespeople who perform front-end lead generation. You will motivate and support your team to hit goal month after month, and work with other managers to contribute to the strategic direction of the Sales Associate group as a whole. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
Meet team quota of qualified account generation for sales team, and ensure your team members hit their individual goals
Mentor team members to develop sales skills and nurture general professional growth
Train and integrate new hires into your team on a consistent basis
Possess thorough knowledge of Wildfire software (internal and external), to assist your team in learning and selling
Interface with other departments (Marketing, Client Services, Business Operations) for large-scale initiatives
Interview and hire new employees, in partnership with the Recruiting Team
 
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years management experience with a sales team, with a proven track record of achieving team goals
Experience with green sales people
Coaching capabilities - familiarity with different approaches or levels of support for different types of learners
Strong knowledge of sales processes, techniques and strategies
Technical aptitude
Been with a company / group through a major growth period
History of progressing people and developing exceptional performers
Experience working with peer managers of a large team
BA/BS degree required
