Campaign Manager

Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Vimeo is looking for a Campaign Manager to join our growing organization. The Campaign Manager will work closely with the Head of Revenue Operations as well as the Sales and Project Management Teams to execute on media and custom campaigns.  This will include managing inventory and supporting overall revenue and sales operations according to agreed upon terms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all client-facing aspects of the post-sale, campaign execution process including coordinating (both internal and external) kickoff meetings, managing pre-launch client deliverables and ensuring campaigns are executed according to both internal best practices and client benchmarks of success
  • Build solid client relationships and act as point person for client questions and concerns throughout the post-sale process
  • Work with Campaign Coordinator to create IOs (and revisions) and verify inventory availability at all stages (both pre- and post- sale) including inventory for IO revisions
  • Track campaign performance by monitoring and analyzing inventory; suggesting changes to the client and working across internal departments to implement the optimization plans in order to meet the contractual obligations of both Vimeo and the client
  • Maintain accurate weekly/monthly/quarterly and ad hoc reporting pertaining to clients and campaigns using both internal and client data sets
  • Interact with Accounting department in regards to Client Credit and Billing requests/issues, in addition to providing monthly billing information for applicable clients, ensure invoice/billing discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with Account Management team to create post-campaign wrap ups and case studies
  • Work closely with sales team to identify growth opportunities for existing campaigns and future opportunities
  • Assist in implementation of tools, processes, and best practices to support revenue and ad sales operations

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+  years experience with Online Advertising / Campaign Management
  • 2+ years of client management or account management experience
  • Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic understanding of online media and technology
  • Experience with Dart / DFP / DSM a plus
  • Time-management skills and ability to work under deadlines
  • Adept problem solver who’s willing to go the extra mile
  • Excellent customer service  and follow-up skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills –  effectively communicate both internally and externally with clients
