Accounts Receivable/Payable Analyst

We’re looking for an AP/AR Analyst to join our growing team, if attention to detail and numbers are your thing we want to hear from you!  In this critical role you will be responsible for the processing of all invoices; check requests, expense reports, and completion of vendor payments in a timely manner. You’ll have oversight of procedures as they relate to day-to-day procure to pay activities. In short, you’ll be the one who is making sure that payments are getting made and we are getting paid while working in a fun environment with a great team.

Responsibilities:

·       Provide assistance to the VP of Finance

·       Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

·       Perform monthly balance sheet analysis and account reconciliations

·       Mange all invoice payments

·       Prepare weekly cash flow spreadsheets and other reports, as requested

·       Communicate status of payments and invoices

·       Proactively follow up on outstanding payments / invoices

Requirements:

·       BS Accounting Degree

·       Minimum 2-3 years account management experience

·       Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office

·       Excellent organizational skills

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·       Ability to interact with other departments and customers in professional manner

·       Strong written and oral communication skills

·       Ability to work independently, set priorities and handle multiple functions
