Job Description
We are looking for truly talented Ruby developers (or aspiring Ruby developers) with a passion for writing clean code and building great products. Our current technology stack includes Ruby on Rails, MySQL, Redis, MongoDB, Memcached, Sphinx, and Resque.  This list gets longer as our problems evolve, so you'll need to be excited about learning and applying new solutions.
 
We're all "full-stack" developers, so while you don't necessarily need to be a master of JavaScript or HTML/CSS, you should be able to bust out some prototype-quality web pages on a moment’s notice.
 
We write good code, and we write tests for it.  You should be comfortable with testing frameworks such as Test::Unit or Rspec. 
 
We are working on an exciting mix of improving and scaling our highly successful Feedback product, as well as taking the Customer Support industry by storm with our recent UserVoice Helpdesk product.  And as always, we continue to ensure our architecture and scalability are up to the task!
