Agency Account Manager

New York, NY | Sales

Job Description

Are mobile and digital marketing agencies a strong part of your professional network? New York or London based candidates only.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with mobile and digital marketing agencies in assigned territory to create joint sales opportunities
  • Create target list of agency partners.
  • Develop and expand agency relationships within those target accounts
  • Develop relationships with Urban Airship’s Marketing, Product Management, and vertically focused sales team to execute direct and influenced sales opportunities
  • Become an industry expert, able to promote Urban Airship’s competitive advantage at industry events and sales meetings
  • Prepare quarterly forecast reports and update sales opportunity forecasts
  • Provide feedback regarding Agency needs to sales management, product managers, and technical staff

 

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven experience working with agency executives and account teams, building relationships and collaborating on successful projects
  • Able to provide outstanding account management for premium partners and top tier agency partners
  • Proven record of meeting business objective (quota, MBOs)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
  • Strong written/verbal communications skills
  • High degree of product knowledge and technical terms used by agencies in combination with Urban Airship products and mobile industry
  • Expertise with use of sales and CRM databases
