About the job:

  • We have outgrown one coordinator managing all HR operational functions and have created a second role to support the company’s continued growth. The HR Coordinator be on the HR Operations team and serve as primary support for our non-US based hires and immigration as well as manage our contractor agreements. Additionally, this person will be instrumental in ensuring our new Twilions are welcomed into the company and their records are updated properly.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all non-US based hires are onboarded Twilio style.
  • Track and manage all immigration cases, including housing and relocation support.
  • Coordinate with Recruiting to generate offer letters.
  • Oversee onsite perks and communicate events and activities to Twilions.
  • Manage online performance management process and work with HR partners to ensure process timeliness.
  • Enter all post-hire transaction changes for team members.
  • Support the HR team, including coordinating events.

Requirements:

  • You have 1-3 years of HR coordination experience supporting countries outside of the US.
  • You are well spoken in your interactions, whether in-person, online or via email.
  • You are confidential and professional.
  • You are a natural collaborator with a passion for getting things done.
  • You move fast in an ever-evolving environment.
  • You are computer savvy with standard office applications.

Bonus points:

  • Immigration experience.
  • Experience working for a SaaS tech company.
