As a member of the Global Marketing team, the Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for defining, delivering and maintaining product launch strategy and go-to-market execution of that strategy. You will define customer segments, direct the go-to-market launch process, and identify the need for sales enablement and high value content.

Responsibilities

  • Align goals and objectives to overall corporate strategy, initiatives, products, and programs
  • Develop and manage market sizing, market and competitive analysis
  • Formulate and execute product launch, product positioning, messaging, go to market plans, and sales enablement activities
  • Develop insightful market analysis to influence product strategy, pricing, and target market goals
  • Feed market based requirements into product management including competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, and opportunity analysis
  • Lead marketing efforts for product messaging, naming, alignment to customer personas, and solutions bundles
  • Identify and implement up-sell and cross-sell strategies within the existing customer base
  • Monitor the effectiveness of marketing programs
  • Represent the company at customer briefings, sales meetings, partner meetings and industry events
  • Regularly create content for distribution through our social and customer channels, such as our corporate blog

Requirements

  • 7+ yrs experience in B2B product marketing at either a digital advertising or software-as-a-service company
  • Demonstrated ability to develop product positioning that deliver measurable growth in new customer acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, software-as-a-service, and the digital advertising industries
  • Innovative thinker with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record in project management, and the ability to rapidly shift priorities based upon marketplace demand
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including experience presenting to executives, preparing briefings for industry analysts, and speaking with the media
  • Experience managing marketing process for offline, direct, interactive, and social channels as well as selling through multiple channels, including direct sales and resellers
  • Demonstrated success in working within cross functional teams and effective project management and analytical/decision-making skills
  • Self-starter, high-energy, with ability to execute on business objectives
  • Strong teamwork and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to multitask, change priorities rapidly and work under pressure
