Toast is looking for self-motivated individuals who want to be part of a team that is transforming the way restaurants operate.  You will be working with the Toast implementation and sales teams to launch new customers and make them successful.  We are looking for candidates that like mobile technology, have experience in the restaurant industry, can communicate effectively, and are creative problem solvers.

Responsibilities:

  • Help customers make changes to menus, employees, tables, and other parts of the Toast configuration
  • Set up hardware for local and remote customers
  • Review new customer contracts and onboard new Toast customers in the Toast system for credit card processing, software billing, etc.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoices
  • Potential after hours emergency support

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, organization and communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve and be independent
  • Adaptable and hard working
  • Ability to learn quickly

  • Accustomed to working with geographically distributed customers and partners
  • Excellent customer service skills a plus
