About Us:

TigerText is a next generation cross platform messaging solution.  We enable health care providers to communicate patient information in a HIPAA compliant manner across both mobile and web platforms.

As a member of the Client Services team you must be very good friends with technology, especially your mobile device and if it is not a smartphone this job is not for you.   You will be expected to be quick on your feet, charming with clients, flexible and resourceful.  You are a good listener and respond quickly to clients’ needs.  You have a great eye for detail.  Needless to say,  you are a team player.

Responsibilities:

  • The Client Services Manager will be responsible for working with the sales team to take over product implementation at Hospitals, Clinic and Small Group Practices.  Your goal is to drive usage and expansion.  The Client Services Manager will do on site visits to clients to set up users on a smart phone and web based communication application. CSM  will monitor client usage and help client understand use cases and ensure proper momentum of product. CSM is in steady communication with their clients and will work  with the Sales Team  and VP of Client Services to determine expansion path at clients. CSM will do regular follow up with clients regarding trouble shooting, expansion, usage, use cases and product feedback.  CSM responsible for client service and satisfaction.  CSM  manager will work with 8 to 20 clients in various sizes and product stages.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written), interpersonal, time management, self management, highly organized, strong analytical skills, excel and power point a must.  Experience with project management and project leadership a plus.  Good knowledge of smart-phones and smartphone applications.  Knowledge of healthcare and healthcare organizations a positive.  Nursing background a big plus!   Need to have the ability to work additional hours and take calls on an as needed basis to ensure client satisfaction.  Travel 30 – 50%.
