Administrative Assistant

About Us:

St Anne's, established in 1908, is a nonprofit organization. We have a number of programs including a residential facility for at risk girls, a transitional housing program for at risk women, an Early Learning Center for their children as well as providing mental health services to families within our area.

 

Responsibilities:

Manage reception area. Support families in intake process. Maintain resident files, databases, spreadsheets. Provide administrative support to the Transitional Housing Director.

Manage and direct incoming phone calls.

  1. Collect and organize documentation including program hour verification, family intake, and selected assessments.
  2. Data entry into data management systems.
  3. Maintain tracking system for family files.

Schedule and coordinate meetings as requested by Director

Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associated degree in related field and/or work experience in child development or social service field preferred;
    • Excellent typing, transcription, grammar, spelling, punctuation and editing skills;
    • Experience in Microsoft Office, Internet, Excel;
    • Excellent verbal communication skills with clients, visitors, volunteers, and employees.
