Position Overview

Based in our Berlin headquarters, as Credit and Collections Manager, you will take complete ownership of the collection of overdue invoices from our worldwide advertiser partners

Responsibilities

• Manage the collection of overdue invoices
• Communicate and follow up effectively with advertisers worldwide
• Liaise with sales departments regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
• Using third party assistance to issue default notices in compliance with local law for seriously overdue accounts

Your Skills

• 3-5 years high-volume corporate collections experience
• Experience of collection of worldwide accounts, using litigation if necessary
• Knowledge of accounts receivables
• Strong attention to detail; goal-oriented approach

• Fluency in English any additional languages a plus
