The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate has a passion for the space and is looking for an opportunity to break into the advertising world. They are eager to learn all that they can and are ready to pay their dues. They are energetic, very organized and can prioritize and multitask in our fast paced environment. They would be bored if that weren't the case!  They are polished, well spoken and know how to get things done.

The Office Manager Role:

This is an entry level position and a great foot in the door. Our Office Manager is the organizational head of the NYC office, with responsibilities including: 

  • Supporting the CEO in scheduling and day to day organization
  • Booking all things travel for the CEO as well as much of the Sales Team
  • Keeping the office clean and organized (harder than it sounds!)
  • Making sure the stock of food, office supplies and working computer equipment are plentiful
  • Secretarial tasks such as answering the main phone line, opening mail and being a friendly guide for guests who visit our office
  • Assisting in planning the occasional after work event
  • Helping out with occasional work overflow from different departments including HR and Finance
  • Being an overall approachable go to person for many different tasks

What you bring:

  • A bachelors degree from a 4 year university, or equivalent experience
  • Must be a quick learner, with proven ability to pick up new systems, processes and tools
  • Clear ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and full of initiative - ready to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
  • A friendly and open-minded attitude
