About the Role:

Our new Marketing Analyst will provide insights and information regarding customers, markets and competitors to support business decisions in addition to supporting the company’s overall marketing efforts. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager with responsibilities including:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating and implementing primary market research and other VoC programs to understand brand perception, market penetration and customer needs

  • Collect, catalog and analyze competitor research and secondary market research

  • Coordinate and manage research projects that support specific business objectives

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the development, coordination and management of promotional strategies including sponsorships, customer loyalty programs and events

  • Assist the Marketing Team with writing copy for a broad range of projects including white papers and other marketing collateral

  • May provide operational support, including managing our CRM system to help better qualify and track leads

  • Possible management of marketing interns

About You:

  • A bachelors degree from a 4 year university, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2-3 years experience in the digital media industry

  • Ability to work collaboratively and professionally with key internal stakeholders, vendors or other external parties to reach business objectives

  • Quantitative and qualitative research experience

  • Highly autonomous, self directed and comfortable working within an entrepreneurial environment

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills

  • Interest in advertising technology

  • Ability to oversee and manage the work of marketing interns
