Sittercity Incorporated, a high-growth, fast-paced digital company, is seeking a Manager of Member Services. This position will be responsible for both the day to day operations of the Member Services team as well as leadership in implementing new processes and tools that enhance the customer experience. The Member Services team provides customer care support to parents and caregivers across several platforms-email, phone and social media. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Operations and Strategy, this role is a critical part of the Operations team and will work closely with all functional areas, including product, technology, marketing, and finance.
