Customer Service Representative | Chicago

We are Sittercity, a high-growth, fast-paced, dynamic company and America’s largest and most trusted online solution for connecting families with high-quality, local caregivers -- including babysitters, nannies, senior care providers, and pet sitters.

You’ll be joining our Member Services team, where your day-to-day duties would include problem solving and providing quality phone support & email support to our members.  This is a vital role in promoting our brand, collecting consumer insights, and ensuring our members have a fantastic experience.

Additional Desired Traits

  • Previous experience as a nanny, babysitter, or caregiver is a plus!!

  • Experience in e – commerce preferred

  • College degree preferred
