-BA/BS from a top university with a 3.6+ GPA
-Deep love for driving results and an utter disdain for boring marketing
-2-3 years experience in consumer online marketing (preferably with an e-tailer or content site)
-Must have substantial hands-on experience with nuts-and-bolts online marketing
-Merchandising products or content on your website
-Pricing, bundling, and promotions for e-commerce
-Acquiring or managing partnership with other websites
-Running email campaigns
-Excel and PowerPoint Ninja
-Great knowledge of SEM and SEO best practices

-Active blogger, social network butterfly, follower of Interweb memes, and lover of pop culture
-Can write in a Shmoopy voice - edgy, witty, current, youthful
-Experience marketing to teens or teachers
-Experience putting together sales materials and content/advertising packages for advertisers
