SHEfinds Media is seeking an energetic and highly motivated Marketing Manager with passion for supporting customers, project implementation and closing business opportunities. The Marketing Manager will work with the Marketing Director to increase revenue and general visibility for SHEfinds Media [SHEfinds.com, MOMfinds.com and BRIDEfinds.com] in the digital marketplace through creative marketing programs and sales plans. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital sales or marketing and have strong project management and communication skills.  You will be executing on all our sales/marketing efforts and responsible for maintaining client realtionships and managing client expectations. Candidates should be familiar with new media sales opportunities and platforms above and beyond display.

Ideal candidates should be familiar with popular fashion/retail e-commerce sites (online retailers, flash sales sites), fashion trends along with popular fashion-related mobile apps, fashion & beauty blogs, relevant start-ups and recent marketing campaigns in our competitive marketplace. A general interest in women's fashion, shopping, accessories, celebrity news and popular culture a plus, along with strong social media skills.  Must be reliable and detail-oriented, possessing time management skills and the ability to juggle several projects at the same time.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with great brands and leading media companies in a small, fun environment. The Marketing Manager will accompany the Marketing Director on sales calls and pitch meetings--a fantastic opportunity to learn and implement valuable presentation and brainstorming skills.

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital ad sales and/or digital fashion/publishing marketing
Must be proficient in identifying and establishing prospect lists
Must be proficient in developing client proposals/presentations
Must have high-energy and excellent communication skills in all environments (i.e. email, phone and face-to-face)
Must be proficient in PowerPoint

Must have social media accounts and active interest/knowlege in social media platforms

Design skills encouraged

Ability to manage brand and performance based campaigns (CPA, CPM, CPC)

A positive "can do" attitude.


Prospect and present to digital advertisers and PR agencies

Demonstrates the ability to confidently negotiate and close sales opportunities.

Manage the sales and/or marketing process from purchase through implementation

Provide weekly and quarterly reporting: invoices, analytics, and subscriber growth

Work with Marketing Director to conceptualize larger scale packages for advertisers, assist with power point presentations and sell advertising packages to clients.

Work with ad network to fulfill campaigns sold via Glam Network

Work with the Marketing Director  to develop and implement strategic initiatives to acquire new subscribers for SheFinds.com email newsletter.  Proactively  conceptualize and execute multiple new acquisition campaigns with attention to the ROI of each campaign and the quality of new subscribers.
