Job Description:

We’re seeking a consultative sales professional to join our digital sales team in New York, NY. The Advertising Sales Representative reports directly to the VP of Sales and is accountable for meeting and exceeding revenue objectives through prospecting new business and growing existing accounts.  You will lead the acquisition of new business by combining our unique consumer insights, proprietary targeting platform and trusted media portfolio to develop advertising campaigns that produce results for your clients. This role calls for a go-getter with limitless drive and undeniable entrepreneurial initiative. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success and a passion to run with the best.  Although advertising experience is ideal, we are searching for talent, motivation, and values first and foremost. 


  • Develop and sell digital advertising programs to advertisers
  • Lead the strategy in response to RFPs and present proposals and presentations
  • Build and maintain client/agency relationships through meetings, events and client entertainment
  • Become an expert in Seeking Alpha’s digital, mobile and integrated advertising solutions
  • Work with the sales planning and campaign management teams to cultivate the sale and ensure campaign success
  • Identify opportunity for new sales prospects
  • Report, forecast and meet/exceed revenue goals

  • BA/BS degree with outstanding academic performance
