  • Act as point of contact throughout the life cycle of a project from presales to final delivery
  • Prepare Statement of Work document with clear understanding of customer requirements 
  • Work closely with engineers during project development process on ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Manage change requests that may affect scope, deliverables, milestones and/or costs
  • Maintain regular communication with both the client and RBM teams
  • Work with contractors, third-party vendors and/or partners
  • Responsible for customer satisfaction 


  • 2+ years of experience as a technical project manager in a client facing environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand the impact of technical changes and be able to communicate to clients with alternative solutions if necessary
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse clients
  • Solid understanding and experience with modern web technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related field
