We are looking for a Digital Project Manager Associate who will be responsible for day-to-day management of small projects or actively participate in the management of larger projects under the direction of a senior team member on the same account.  This includes delivering high quality service to our clients, as well as on time and on budget client delivery projects by properly managing it to RBM’s standards.

Your primary focus will be to integrate and manage tasks across our multiple service lines along with actual service line training. Core deliverables include assisting in project plan scoping and successful execution of project plan objectives covering technical or strategic integration and related areas required for exceptional client deliveries. You will also serve as an integral client contact, and will be responsible for developing and maintaining the health of all client relationships along with the rest of the services/solutions teams.

This is an ideal role for an extremely organized, detail-oriented and highly responsible individual with light experience and a passion for digital marketing. You must have an interest in learning all of our different service lines, latest developments in the business as well as the digital landscape. In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to be cross-trained by the senior members of each service line (specifically SEO, Paid Media and Social Media).

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manage client project requests and related support tasks according to established statement of work (SOWs)
  • Field multiple client requests on a daily basis and plan and execute multiple releases per week
  • Assist in the creation of planning and execution documents, including project deliverables, detailed deployment schedules and project success criteria
  • Ensure appropriate resources are dedicated both internally and externally to meet/exceed project expectations
  • Coordinate and enforce implementation, deployment schedule, integration approach, and corresponding resource allocations and time budgets
  • Work directly or in conjunction with a senior team member on the same account with all services and technical teams to ensure client's technical, operational, and service requirements are met
  • Manage, update and review overall project status with clients on a regular basis, via email, conference calls or onsite meetings as required



  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
  • Strong marketing mentality and demonstrated interest in keeping abreast of the ever-changing digital marketing landscape
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Ability to prioritize tasks/issues/escalations and manage many projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within an organization
  • Strategic thinking combined with detail-orientation
  • Strong business acumen with excellent analytical skills
  • A proactive go-getter with superb problem solving skills
  • Fast learner, intellectually curious
  • Team player yet can work independently
  • Creative, consultative, and a strong communicator with the ability to manage diverse internal / external resources at up to the director level
