Producer - Live Ops

Quark Games was established in 2008 with the mission to create hardcore games for the mobile and tablet platforms. By focusing on making high quality, innovative, and engaging games, we aim to redefine mobile and tablet gaming as it exists today.

What you will be doing:

  • Define product roadmap that will drive growth user engagement, retention, and monetization for 1-2 live games

  • Lead game team in execution of new features, in-game events, and promotions

  • Analyze KPIs and report on key insights

  • Communicate with leadership on status, risks, and needs of games

  • Work with external partners in optimizing user advertising campaigns

  • Develop test plans for optimization of creatives and marketing messages

 

What you bring:

  • 3 years experience in mobile or free-to-play games

  • A thorough understanding of successful game loops and monetization mechanics

  • Experience using analytics and A/B testing to guide product decisions

  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for problem solving with a metrics-driven mindset

  • Keen eye for detail and ability to see the bigger picture

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Passion for making great games and overall knowledge of the mobile games market

 

Pluses:

  • Quantitative background -- math/statistics or financial modeling experience a plus

  • Worked on top grossing games as producer or similar leadership role

  • Ability to deconstruct the design of a game and apply patterns to other titles

  • Understanding of UI/UX design concepts and best principles
