Job Description


  • Responsible for establishing policies and programs for the management of all human assets of the organization. This involves organizing, integrating and directing all human resource activities which support the overall business strategy.
  •  Manages employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and career development and employee services.
  •  Develops and implements approved Human Resources policies to attract, develop and retain qualified employees.
  •  Designs and develops all compensation and benefits programmes including performance management.
  •  Partners with top management for strategic decisions and initiatives.
  • Reviews competitive practices and pay levels to support company's positioning.
  •  Manages a team that is responsible for the identification, diagnosis and resolution of HR related problems or situations.
  • Addressing developmental, performance management and career planning needs of his/her team.
  • Support the business in the design, development and delivery of employee communications.
  • Consult with business leaders regarding organization/people strategy and execution, providing thought leadership and proactive solutions.
  • Administers the Silk Road HRIS & Performance Management
