Responsibilities include delivering world-class customer service, assisting with clients to meet their digital monetization objectives, and working with PubMatic colleagues to manage the development of premium publisher accounts.

Your role as an Account Coordinator is to support the Strategic Account Management team throughout the publisher lifecycle from on-boarding to optimization. Account Coordinators will assist in sourcing publisher advertising demand, tracking account operations and ensuring that our service and performance is in line with client expectations. Account Coordinators will also assist with special projects for the Account Management teams as needed.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of online media landscape and publisher's advertising revenue goals and strategy
  • Basic knowledge of the agency world and how dollars move from buyers to sellers
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while focused on detail
  • Extremely proactive and biased towards taking action
  • Strong communication skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Creative, independent problem solver
  • Capacity to work with all teams, including sales, marketing, business development, product management and engineering
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets with working knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Ability to travel (up to 20%) to client sites for strategic and quarterly business review meetings
