The company is privately held and is based in San Francisco, CA.


Are you an office manager at a large company looking for more flexibility, freedom and reward? Are you highly organized, independent and motivated? Have you scaled a company from infancy to adulthood? Do you want to create, drive and own the office management processes?

If so, we want to meet you. 


Prism Skylabs seeks an experienced office manager to take on the everyday operations of a thriving startup. The office manager will cover everything from office organization to executive support. This position will include:

·      Managing external groups (e.g. building and property management, janitorial staff, etc.)

·      Office supplies management

·      Reception & welcoming

·      Executive support

·      Administration (mail, document distribution and management)

·      University credentials

·      Experience in office management in a growing business

·      Great personal and communication skills


Prism Skylabs is conveniently located near the Powell BART station in San Francisco's Financial District and easily accessible via public transportation.
