About Us:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Tier 1 support of a Linux based, Asterisk, VoIP hosted phone system
  • Interact with customers via help desk and phone to resolve issues
  • Responsible for setting up new customers in our system, porting numbers, training, and some on-site installations
  • Help troubleshoot system issues
  • Troubleshoot routers and VoIP phones
  • On-site training of new customers in Austin, Dallas and Houston
  • Work together with managers to suggest added features, upgrades etc.

Requirements:

  • 4 Year Degree - Preferably in business or a technical field
  • 1+ Years of Linux experience
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills
  • Ability to telecommute

Bonus Points:

  • CISCO Certificiation
  • 4 year degree in a technical field
  • Experience with: PHP, MySQL, Asterisk, SIP, VoIP
