Platfora, the Big Data Analytics software company that aims to eradicate the gut decision, is hiring a an Intern for Summer 2014 who will be introduced into a broad scope of responsibilities for our rapidly emerging company. You will be responsible for revving up our marketing engine, performing all these functions personally. Over time, learn to work in marketing team in fast Big Data Analytics company.
Areas of Responsibilities
Web: Coordinate and manage sections of the Platfora website
Demand Generation: Contribute to the success of our demand generation program of webinars, online marketing, and lead nurture. You’ll also measure and report the results.
Events: Support our field marketing and events, including trade shows, field events, and executive briefings
Social and Community: Be apart of shaping the conversation about Platfora using Twitter, Facebook, and any other place our audience gathers online
Corporate Communications: Follow up with the PR and corporate communications initiatives for the company
Skills and Background
Technically Savvy: Must quickly get up to speed and learn a new industry and develop a deep understanding of the market, our solutions and our competition
Analytical: Able to understand data, patterns and trends. Our business is about data; you must live by it.
Creative: We’re in a highly competitive market and our messaging must cut through the noise.
