ParkMe Customer Service Representative

At ParkMe, our main goal is to make parking easier. We are interested in testing a new product and are looking for a talented individual for a 1 Month trial.

What You’ll Do:

· Organize and Manage a Customer Service CRM

· Negotiate with parking managers for best parking rates

· Helping customers with all their parking needs

Who You Are:

· You're self-motivated and don’t fold under pressure; in fact, you thrive in a fast-paced environment

· You’re proficient in Google Docs and MS Office

· You get a kick out of performing search engine detective work

· You're available to work five days a week

· You're tremendously enthusiastic about what we do


1.     Undergraduate degree

2.     Willing to work occasional nights and weekends

The bottom line is that you will also help build an innovative new product.
