Exceptional students in the fields of chemical engineering, materials science engineering, physics, and/or mechanical engineering are invited to apply for an internship in PARC's Cleantech Innovation program, working on texturing  of solar cells for light management.

Interns are fully integrated into the daily activities of PARC's highly collaborative, multidisciplinary culture and have the opportunity to work with leading researchers and engage in different stages of development.  

Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory investigations using a novel method to pattern solar cell textures
  • Develop process apparatus
  • Produce textured cells
  • Measure and analyze cell reflectivity

Requirements:

  • Should have completed at least 3 years of undergraduate study
