About the Job
Responsible for conducting research in and developing novel approaches to computational conversation analysis in social media, for application in multiple domains, including healthcare, call centers, and consumer engagement. Duties include envisioning novel applications of conversation analysis; developing new techniques for natural language understanding, text analytics, dialog analysis, semantics, sentiment, and user modeling; modeling, implementing and evaluating these techniques in the context of real-world applications in consumer health, call centers and other domains.
