Job Description

 

 Are You a Gamer?

 

Position: GAME MASTER 

 

Role and Responsibilities include:

·  Respond Promptly to Customer Inquiries

·  Handle and Resolve Customer Complaints

·  Handle Product and/or Service Inquiries

·  Perform Customer Account Inquiries

·  Follow Up on Customer Interactions

·  Document and Record All Customer Interactions

·  Communicate and Coordinate with Internal and External Departments

·  Maintain Customer Databases

·  Perform Other Customer Service Tasks as Required

 

Education and Experience:

·  High School Diploma (Some College Preferred)

·  Knowledgeable of customer service principles and practices and the ability to apply them

·  Ability to Type 

·  Online Game Experience or Game Moderation/Administration is a plus

·  Online Forum Experience or Forum Moderation/Administration is a plus
