Develop and execute company marketing strategies, thought leadership, content strategy and brand positioning.
Drive new & creative lead generation activities including direct marketing, social tools, webinars, customer referral programs and customer case studies
Develop a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and how to best position our products
Work closely with the Sales team to design innovative sales tools and collateral
Lead Olapic's Online Marketing initiatives
Track and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns to determine ROI and prioritize resources
Ensure that marketing activities tie closely with overall corporate marketing strategy
Develop and grow Olapic's social marketing efforts, including the company presence on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
5+ years of experience in marketing B2B solutions, preferably in a startup or SaaS company
Previous experience marketing to eCommerce brands and retailers is a big plus
Proven track record of developing and executing winning strategies in the enterprise space (Brand positioning, Thought leadership and content marketing)
Proven copywriting skills
Development of successful B2B sales support programs including collateral, promotions, email, etc
Successful collaboration with designers to create unique and effective brand materials
Big Data or research experience a plus
Experience with CRM tool, e.g. Salesforce.com and Hubspot or Marketo, a plus
Experience with Illustrator and PS or generating video content is another plus
Understanding of the enterprise software purchase, development and implementation cycles
Service oriented and committed to exceeding expectations
Self-motivated and results-oriented, strong analytical and communication skills, and a team player.
