Marketing Director

About Us:

Olapic is the leading Enterprise Photo Platform for Brands. Olapic helps Brands and major e-commerce retailers integrate user generated photos into the shopping experience to increase authenticity and transparency for buyers. Shoppers can browse user generated photos of products to make a more accurate purchasing decision. Olapic works with top brands like Threadless, Nastygal, Coach, Reef, and Ebay.

We're looking for driven, intelligent individuals to join Olapic marketing, business development, and customer care teams. The ideal candidates are smart, analytical, hardworking, excited to foster the growth of Olapic, and eager to continually expand their marketing, client services and Biz Dev skills. The right person enjoys working in a very collaborative environment and must be willing to take initiative, propose their own ideas and see them through

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute company marketing strategies, thought leadership, content strategy and brand positioning.

  • Drive new & creative lead generation activities including direct marketing, social tools, webinars, customer referral programs and customer case studies

  • Develop a deep understanding of enterprise customer needs and how to best position our products

  • Work closely with the Sales team to design innovative sales tools and collateral

  • Lead Olapic's Online Marketing initiatives

  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns to determine ROI and prioritize resources

  • Ensure that marketing activities tie closely with overall corporate marketing strategy

  • Develop and grow Olapic's social marketing efforts, including the company presence on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn

  • Manage multi-city event and promotion programs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing B2B solutions, preferably in a startup or SaaS company

  • Previous experience marketing to eCommerce brands and retailers is a big plus

  • Proven track record of developing and executing winning strategies in the enterprise space (Brand positioning, Thought leadership and content marketing)

  • Proven copywriting skills

  • Development of successful B2B sales support programs including collateral, promotions, email, etc

  • Successful collaboration with designers to create unique and effective brand materials

  • Big Data or research experience a plus

  • Experience with CRM tool, e.g. Salesforce.com and Hubspot or Marketo, a plus

  • Experience with Illustrator and PS or generating video content is another plus

  • Understanding of the enterprise software purchase, development and implementation cycles

  • Service oriented and committed to exceeding expectations

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, strong analytical and communication skills, and a team player.
