We are currently an experienced SOUS CHEF. Passion for food, dedication and commitment a must.

We ar Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute the best quality food with finesse and high attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment
  • Ability to follow direction, show initiative and drive
  • Ability to maintain calm demeanor on the line
  • Ability to lead with kindness
  • Ability to perform independently and ensure high attention to detail with quality and style of food being executed

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of two years' as Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment
  • Must have high attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced exhibition kitchen environment with ability to work as a team
  • Must have the ability to execute large quantities of food while always maintaining the highest quality
  • Food Handler's certificate
  • Culinary education desired but not required.
