Seeking Part-Time Office Coordinator
Are you detailed oriented, organized and great at self directing? Do you like to schedule, coordinate and multi-task? Are you a people person who is able to gain rapport with anyone? We have the perfect position for you! Monsoon Commerce is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, reliable and self-motivated individual to manage all aspects for our Portland office.
You will coordinate meetings, manage conference room schedules, schedule travel, executive support and managing in-going and outgoing mail. Additional responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phones and maintaining the kitchen and office supply areas. The role requires communication with building management and upkeep on all facilities issues. You will organize weekly breakfasts and must have the ability to run errands. This position will include partnering with HR and Fun Committee to plan company events and help create a dynamic and enthusiastic work environment. This position is part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday – Thursday from 9-3; benefits are not included.
