Develop and manage programs for the operation and maintenance of all equipment and physical structures in compliance with Company/franchise standards, local, state and national codes and regulations to the protect the asset, customers and employees. to ensure optimum operations, minimize expenses and maximize guest satisfaction.
2 - 4 year of related work experience. Must be able to stand and walk 75-100% of shift and ability to lift 50 lbs when needed. Excellent computer skills and any certifications in HVAC, Pool Maintenance, Plumbing or Electrical would be helpful.
