As the Korean Marketing Coordinator, you will direct, establish, plan, maintain and implement overall business development policies, community outreach and education programs for MedSide Healthcare. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing information, identifying potential business partners and new business opportunities, and developing new initiatives and partnerships. You will supervise the liaisons and territory managers.
Establish a rapport with health care managers from the metropolitan area
Follows-up on leads, cultivates relationships with prospects and referral sources and conducts tours of the healthcare components of the campus.
Analyze results and make recommendations for future actions.
Keeps abreast of competitive market intelligence and draws conclusions/recommendations from it.
Develop relationships with local professional and civic organizations which include but are not limited to Geriatric Case Management Teams, Alzheimers Association, and medical management groups
Requires outstanding organizational skills, and a service attitude towards the community
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving
Assist in developing comprehensive marketing plans and programs for the department, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives and implements these plans.
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Health Care required
At least 1-3 years of Marketing experience (preferably in healthcare)
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word (creation of templates and macros), Excel, PowerPoint (customized), Google Docs, Photoshop, Adobe, & Google Chrome
Sound understanding of the principles of marketing
Strong understanding of new technologies and how they can be applied to marketing
Have existing relationship within the Korean community and community service organizations
Excellent communications skills
