Part Time Administrative Coordinator

Summary:

The role of Administrative Coordinator is responsible for helping with a variety of administrative tasks that will support the finance, operations and recruiting functions in our office.

Responsibilities:

  • Document preparation, filing, and scanning
  • Scheduling and coordination of meetings
  • Assist with special projects
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Experience driving projects from start to finish
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfort using Google Enterprise Tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Positive attitude!
