Job Summary:

We are building something special at Mass Relevance and are looking for a Creative Marketing Director to lead the development of the company’s brand, marketing communication and product marketing assets. The Creative Marketing Director will oversee a creative team responsible for executing against strategic concepts, bringing campaigns to life with new ideas, and maintaining timely deliverables. This role will be involved in all communications development from evolving and maintaining the brand through to pre-production and creation of assets. The Creative Director will report to the head of Marketing and strongly liaison and collaborate with the Executive Creative Director on all brand executions.


  • Understand, evolve and shepherd the Mass Relevance brand
  • Inspire and manage the creative marketing team in developing programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy
  • Own the design and development of ongoing evolution and content creation for massrelevance.com
  • Oversee and participate in development of creative marketing materials including sales collateral, product marketing materials, campaign assets and event experiences
  • Evaluate, build and manage vendor relationships including freelance and agency support
  • Establish creative production process by working with internal stakeholders
  • Conceptualize and build custom creative concepts for sales pitches and client presentations
  • Integrate Mass Relevance solutions into the brand and campaign experience


  • Strong knowledge of brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
  • Proven experience with leading the creative development of brand and marketing materials including B2B demand generation campaigns and sales materials.
  • At least 4 years management experience
  • The ability to work in an iterative design/development environment
  • Ability to articulate aesthetic and visual design principles and how it answers marketing and messaging goals
  • A confident understanding of typography, basic color theory, iconography and information design principles
  • Solid experience in UI/UX design
  • Understanding the opportunity and constraints of designing for HTML and web technologies
  • Experience in graphic design and working with outside vendors and the printing process
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An understanding and interest in the social web
  • An online portfolio showcasing your most relevant and compelling work
  • Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign
