Mass Relevance is a Certified Twitter Partner and also pulls in social content from Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google+. In just over two years, more than 250 major brands, sports teams, publishers and broadcasters have used Mass Relevance to layer social into their media efforts. This includes Victoria's Secret, Patagonia, Nike, GE, American Express, Pepsi, MTV, The Oscars, CBS, Fox and NBC. 

Summary:

Mass Relevance is looking for an entrepreneurial leader for our business development team.  This person will be responsible for developing and executing alliances around the world focused on how Ad Agencies (traditional, digital and social) leverage our platform to add value to their clients’ social media and marketing programs.  We currently work with agencies and direct with clients and this person will spearhead structuring partnerships that benefit all parties.  This person will lead efforts to identify potential agency partners, introduce our products and solutions to those agencies, identify potential client opportunities, and partner with our Sales Team to execute engaging social experiences powered by Mass Relevance for those agencies and their clients.

Responsibilities:

Support Client Services team to ensure best of class delivery and client satisfaction, including;
     Coordination of program deliverables
     Research and analysis of Client social history and performance
     General project support, including content creation and report generation

Coordination with other Mass Relevance teams, including Marketing, Sales, Creative and Engineering, including;
     Collection and management of Client Services punch list
     Organization of team extranet
     Client Services representation in internal collaborations and meetings
